In order to let you know more about the order procedure in our company and make your deal more smoothly, we are now listing some order regulation for you reference:


1. How can the products be sent to global clients (Global Shipping)?

For small quantity or weight less than 20Kgs, they can be sent by courier like UPS Fedex DHL or EMS. It usually takes 1 - 4 + days for delivery to worldwide. This service provides with an online tracking service.


For orders from 20 to 500 KGs, they can be sent by air to the airport near you. It takes 3-5 days to arrive. When it arrive, buyer has to go to the airport to get it, buyer has to do the customs clearance, or you can find a local customs clearance agent around the airport to help you to do it.


For big quantity or volume, they can be sent by ocean container. It is calculated by the CBM, and it will take 25-30 days to arrive .If you want to use this method, please suggest us which forwarder to be contacted with, or use the local forwarder we suggest to you.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port). We can arrange transportation for clients.


2. How could I get samples?

We supply free samples if the total value under 10 US dollars .If you have a DHL or UPS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. 

If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or, send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.  


3. How can I get your price or product datasheet (Price and Datasheet)?

Please send us email ( or fax for our prices and order information. You can also send your enquiry by using our enquiry system. You can download normal product datasheet in our website.


4. How to place an order?

Please send us your inquiry or purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a Proforma invoice for your order. We need to confirm the following information for your order:
*Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information –product specifications, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China mainland or Hong Kong)


5. What is your lead time?

We keep stock for standard PLC Splitters, Isolators, FBT fused Couplers, fiber optic patch cables, fiber optic adapters. So the lead time will be nearly the same upon payment confirmation. For other products, we may need 7-20 working days to finish production. For OEM products, the lead time is around 15-30 days, depending on the products types. If you need special urgent delivery, please contact us to confirm, we will do our best to help you.  


6. Can you supply OEM products under our brand?

We can supply OEM products with OEM package, over the years, we have been successfully providing OEM service for some world leading companies. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF and AI format, we also offer neutral brand, as normal we offer products under OF-LINK brand name for service tracking.  


7. What's your usual payment term for orders?

Normally, we require 50% down payment at the time of order and 50% before shipment.
Our usual payment term is Wire transfer (T/T), 
We also accept:
1).  Western Union payment, (special for urgent and critical order)
2).  L/C payment for bulk order, (this will depend on the order status) 
3).  Paypal payment (special for VIP clients, new clients can depend on the order status)


8. What's the Min Order Quantity?

A regular (not sample) order should be, at least, USD $2,00. However, a sample order has no such limitation. A small trial order may also be applicable (depend on product type).  


9. What's the warranty of your products (Product Warranty)?

OF-LINK products carry a 12 month warranty or more, depend on different products. We accept free replacement for unqualified products during the warranted period. Detail information, please see to the WARRANTY above the website.  


10. What shall I do if we encounter the problem of your products?

Please contact with our sales representative about the problem without delay. Meanwhile, please submit the inspection report with picture about the problem description. We will do our best to solve the problem and find the solution or replace the products for you.  


11. Can we become your sole distributor?

Yes, It is possible if we don’t already have a representative in your country (region). The best start is to prove your good intention with several regular orders over a period time.
